If you are a user of the old optimal health and resilience programs (usernames: 1IBS to 1199IBS; 1IBD to 1240IBD; 1UC to 1300CD; 1GP to 1202GP) you are welcome to continue to access the programs up until 27th of November 2025, at which time they will be closed.
